Build: average
Hair: dark - long
Complexion: Hawaiian
Distinguishing features: Long Hear
Occupation: Island Princess
Kinipela is a princess of Pono Loa, a small island
in the Moleolani archipelago located in the mystical South Seas. As the
eldest daughter of the island chief, she was raised to lead and serve
the people of Pono Loa. At a young age, the local priesthood tutored
her in both the mystic and martial arts. She has always had a rivalry
with her sister
Nahoa, but does not yet suspect the extent of her sister’s
ambition.
Originally settled eight generations earlier by
warriors from the great island kingdom of Moleolani, Pono Loa prospered
as a center of agriculture. Following the death of Moleolani’s Ali’i
Nui (King), Pona Loa found itself isolated from the rest of the
kingdom. Over the past few years, many of Pono Loa’s warriors and
ruling class have left to participate in the great war in the northern
islands. Weakened and confronted by both internal and external threats,
Kinipela has conjured help from another world…Corey.

derailed with the arrival of

There is some evidence that she is working with the

These vicious warriors earned their stripes during
Lauleneke’s battle to consolidate Mokupea. Their reputation as
skilled and heartless foes has spread as Lauleneke has conquered
neighboring islands.
Recognizable by their stylized helmets, Mokupea
warriors use a variety of weapons including war clubs and javelins.
Their leader demands unquestioning loyalty and rewards his favored
warriors with positions of prominence. Within his army, traditional
social hierarchies are often turned upside down as the strongest and
most talented are promoted over those with familial ties. This policy
has helped give Lauleneke the edge in many battles.
